What is Quality?
      Quality is define as the feature that make something what it is. Quality of some sector of business like school, banks, Transport, Insurance, etc. Is depend on how excellent one service the public. Quality is also customer satisfaction.

Which are the specifications of quality?
     One specification may or may not be sufficient to describe the product. The specifications contain the list of special characters and their tolerance. The quality specifications may include material specifications, process specifications, method of testing, criteria for acceptance and rejection, method of use.
They are classified as:
A) Standard specifications
B) Customer specifications
C) Company specifications

What are the characteristics of Quality?
    There are some major characteristics as 
A) Structural type
B) Look type
C) time oriented
D) Commercial
        Most of those are used for quality of service.
What is Quality control?
     Quality control means observing and measuring actual performance, comparing with standard and taking control action if required. it can also be defined as an effective system of integrating quality development, quality maintenance, quality improvement of the various groups in an organization with the common goal....

     It is a process throw witch quality of product and service is maintained.

A) Set the quality standards.
B) Plain for achieving required quality.
C) Plain for inspection and checking.
D) Measure actual performance.
E) Get the difference between measured and standard.
F) Take necessary action if required.
